Alex B crafts songs with a unique blend of heartfelt soul and a good twist of English gent. Born and raised in the historic, leafy UK suburb of St. Albans, Alex emigrated to the Gold Coast, Queensland in 2009. Inspired by family, friends, movies, school life, beach life, and new nature to explore, Alex is producing an ongoing collection of highly unique songs for your listening pleasure.

Then there is the edible enigma that is Lasagne Man.

Lasagne Man (AKA The Bechamel Mammal / The Bolognese With The Phrase) is an idiosyncratic artist creating purely delicious food based music, capably cornering the market in hip hop street snacks. Forging his feet on old-skool hip hop and classic comedy, Las-Man has gone from broth to brawn on three experimental albums. Working predominately in the genre of hip-hop/rap, LM throws a variety of genres into his massive musical mixing bowl, ranging from fruity-folk-rock to fabulous funk and soul.

As a writer of books, Alex published his first digital novella in 2019. In writing about his migratory life's absurdities and home truths in this book, he discovered ‘pure honesty’ to be a distinct way to express himself to the world. Alex remains on the Gold Coast with a family nucleus, a scourge of mosquitoes, a click of geckoes, and a knob of slimy cane toads. Alex is working on three forthcoming books all in different genres
